My lawn finally looks good this year. (The house was constructed six years ago.) I'm not sure if it is because we have gotten more rain this year or you have changed your formula or whether the technician is more careful in its application.

Tree and shrub service is top notch, techs are very thorough and don't rush through treatments. They are also courteous to the property they are servicing, best available. If your looking for tree and shrub service TruGreen is the company you will want. They may be a little higher than some but trust me when I say you get what you pay for.

I am giving a 10 to my specialist Titus Myers. He does an awesome job and is very professional and knowledgeable.
I am giving a 1 to TruGreen's customer service because I had called and asked to reschedule our service that was coming on Aug. 3 because we had not had any rain for over a month and my grass was dead. I wanted to push it back two weeks in hopes that we would get some rain and they said that it was done and that my service for Aug. 3 had been rescheduled. Well obviously they did not let our specialist know because my service was performed on Aug. 3.
Again.... Titus Myers does an outstanding job and it is because of him that we continue or service with TruGreen. As for Customer Service I think there is room for improvement.
