Worry free lawn tree and scrub care?

The last time you came out was for a redo....I needed fertilizer for lawn, but worse, I had a grove of yellow tall weeds and requested return....the deliverer was new and wrote the wrong thing on his sheet he put on door...l..saw it and ran after the truck to tell him so. He told me that he had been in contact with his boss and would tell her that he had miswritten the report I reminded him that his visit was a redo mainly due to the abundance of weeds in ground that had no grass and it was about an eight by ten piece of land....and that is why I recalled him.....so he said he would report the mistake as not dormant tree and b ush stuff. I told him I needed to cut the bushes down so new growth would accept the dormant application and I am still working to find help to do that. I will call you to do that sometime this month or when I can hire a man to cut the shrubs and Italian cyprus trees and the trees and bushes in the back.......still working on that. right now your paperwork is not accurate. I have paid for two lawn treatments and you say I haven't ....last year I paid for the entire year and the first application in January I thought was part of that because I did not receive a doorknob report about it although I saw the man come to do it..........records need to be discussed before further action taken...right now I have paid for two lawn applications and no, abolutely no tree and shrub has been able to be performed.

This morning, 2/22/2022, I called to ask questions on the lawn maintenance service. I spoke with Gloria. Gloria was outstanding in addressing my four questions,
The lawn maintenance specialist came on 2/19/2022. I am not 100% sure the my side, east, was treated nor do I know if the overriding weed problem, dallas grass, was treated. Its my recommendation that the customer report be made more informative, thus my grading of 9.
