I really like that my lawn is looking healthy and lawn weeds are a thing of the past. After an application of liquid weed killer was applied, some of the grass was burned. I called TruGreen to report the situation and a supervisor came to my residence to see what had happened. He told me that the liquid was applied during a very hot day which indeed damaged the grass. He also assured me that my account would not be charged and he sent another tech to apply a solid fertilizer and gave me some additional watering instructions that I followed. My lawn is beautiful again. I appreciate that TruGreen "made it right" and remedied the situation promptly. That's what I call "service after the sale".

I need to keep my landscape and lawn presentable and also worthy. I hire Trugreen to keep weeds from overtaking my lawn and to keep disease off the shrubs and trees. I also need heavy fertilize.........................
Now, my feedback is that I am a senior citizen using a walker....I cannot do any lawn without help....Most of the time I don't have anyone to mow it or help me clean it.......so, optimal times for you to come is rare.
Also, due to me struggling now financially, still desiring services, but not able to cover all my bills....I have enclosed in the bill a short note postponing any service in May or June.........I need to personally call for service as right now I am over $200 in the red with the current bills. When I am able to afford this service, I will request your services.........it is not that I don't want or need the services, it is my income and the struggle now...........I simply need other priorities for a time. Thank you for the excellent people you send to me...I have enjoyed knowing them and trusting them as they serve my needs...Often they even pick up the hose for me left out by someone else! And they understand and help protect my dogs when they go int he backyard........I really appreciate them.
