Today Mathew Sullivan came by to do my lawn service and talk to me about how he was
doing and if I had any concerns with my lawn that I would like his assistance on. I must
say that he is wonderful in the work that he does and how he goes out of his way to please
his customers.
I hope I will always have this technician as he does a very through job and is a delight to boot.

I like your lawn service due to the young man that works on our lawn . He always knocks at the door and talks to my husband explaining what he is about to do and what we. Red to do.
Seems to work well
The yard is really looking better. It's greened up nicely. There are lots of new runners I can see, and they are starting to cover up the brown patches from the fungus attack.
I'm not sure if you are going to ask me what I don't like about the service.....so there are two things. The monthly statements always start out with "I knocked on your door today. Sorry I missed you." This time, I was here, and spoke to your technician in passing several times, even held the gate open for him once. If he had some interesting service message to convey, and he gave up after knocking on the door when he knew I was working in the backyard, then I'm disappointed.
More importantly, there is a mixed message in the report left. Mid page, it says to "avoid mowing or irrigation for at least 24 hours". 2 inches down, it says "Please water in today's application with 1/2" of irrigation if rain is not forecasted." WHICH ONE IS IT? I cannot do both.
