Our company has used TruGreen for 30+ years and are pleased with the service and your employees. We particularly like the advance notice before your technicians are scheduled to be on our property. It avoids over-scheduling other vendors on the same day, plus we know exactly which treatment is being done.

Kudos to our Customer Account Specialist, Leslie Manzano, as well. She is our e-mail "heads-up" person and very responsive to our communications.

We also use TruGreen at our company ranch in Chappell Hill, so we are a dual user.

I am a new customer with your company TruGreen and I never used ChemLawn either, however, I recently purchased a new build house that did not come with back yard sod and thought I would start off right by hiring TruGreen. I closed on the house at the end of November and due to Centric Fiber digging up my back yard, then the cold & weeks of rain did not allow me to lay down sod. I still have not been able to sod the back yard due to weeds & Centric Fiber has not yet filled in the holes they made when the dug it up to install their fiber for the block. Needless to say, in the time past, the weeds have become to grow large so before I lay my sod I need to remove the weeds from the back yard so I called TruGreen not only to spray for weeds in the back yard but to sign up for your annual membership that way I knew my lawn would be well taken care of. Well, first impression was not good, however, the correction of first impression was acceptable so you get a 10 for customer service. We all make mistakes in whatever job we perform to take care of our families, I do it daily, but it is how the mistakes are corrected is how it should be graded & considered. Thank you for doing what you said you would do and credit my account 1 trip application & doing the back yard today, 3/7 at no charge. Now! This is the company I hired. KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! and i'll keep coming back :)
