We are very happy with True Green Specialists. Alexis O came yesterday and completed our application and also answered questions about some issues with the lawn regarding pest problems. Our back yard has two gates that need to be closed and locked all the time because of animals. Alexis made sure the gates were locked. Great customer service.
Service is fine, but I did not get a notification regarding the application of fertilizers on my yard. We are in a long drought and are in water restrictions. I had an application on my yard and then two days later another application was applied. I would have likely rescheduled these visits since I could not water in the fertilizers. I made contact to a rep. regarding this issue, but did not hear back.
You must be doing it right, because everyone tells me (out of the blue) that my lawn always looks spectacular. Not sure about the tree and shrubs service I’m getting from you, because my crepe myrtles are not blooming so well as my neighbors’.

I like that I’m being notified before you come to service my lawn. That gives me time to let my dog out and unlock my private gate without rushing. I like it when the your agents come to the door and wait after they ring the doorbell and check with me to see if I have any special problems, or any questions about my lawn, shrubs, mosquitoes, etc. The agents who have been coming to my house have been doing an outstanding job! (Sorry, I have a problem remembering their names!😢) I appreciate you continue with the same agents you have assigned to my house

I absolutely like everything about TruGreen services. I like that they have plans that you can enroll to; I like that they schedule the visits and notify you of the upcoming visit; I like that you do not have to be home for them to provide the service; and I like that they are always so timely and prompt. TruGreen provides a great service.
