Your technicians show up on time and generally do a good job. I wish that you would have the technician applying sulfur to have a leaf blower to blow the sulfur prills off of the sidewalks, driveway and patio. The sulfur hydrolyzes to form sulfuric acid which stains those surfaces.
Consistency but
Branch needs better follow up. I called about an issue several times and couldn’t get a manager to call back. … luckily I have been a customer for awhile otherwise I would have been gone

There are two reasons why I like TGs service and would recommend if asked.
One, I have special instructions on my account which until recently the technicians are following.
Two, if it wasn't for the ongoing treatment I've receive over the years. I don't think my trees, shrubs or grass would have survived and recovered from the 2021 TX freeze.

My local trugreen service is willing to do what is necessary to keep the customer happy along with explaining what is going on with your lawn. I can't say the same about customer service at TruGreens corporate level, but in Houston, they deserve a 10.
The service date automatically scheduled, the serviceman arrived on time, worked without disturbing anyone then quietly left. All that was required of me was to open the gate to the back yard.
The Branch Manager took the initiative to call me and promise the corrective actions in future! Thank you Blake!!!
