Mr. Dirk Schopmeier did a great job of looking at the insect and mold problems on some trees at my front yard, and applied insecticide and fungicide on the trees and the shrubs. He then gave recommendation. Great service!

$800.00. I have paid you for 6 rounds of mosquito service and have only received one on
July 31.
The lawn near the street and outside my fence is very weedy. Are you treating that area?
How about flower beds, especially near the fence?
I would like to have a face to face with the service man.

My yard has gotten better each year we have lived here. The house is 4 years old, and the grass has looked better each year.
Overall my lawn looks very healthy and has come back extremely well after the freeze last February.
TruGreen is very professional yet friendly and down to earth. For a large company they are easy to access and I feel like I'm dealing with a family business. Really appreciate that.
I have used the commercial TruGreen services both here at First name removed UMC and at Southminster Presbyterian Church. James Morgan has taken very good care of me at both locations. I understand he is no longer with TruGreen and I hope our service continues to be excellent. James assured me when we last spoke that Brandi would continue to take very good care of me if I ever called for anything at the office. I had developed a very good relationship with James so would always reach out to him directly, so calling Brandi will be new to me. But I trust James and look forward to working closer with Brandi.

I started the service after the very harsh freeze we had this winter, my lawn looked terrible.
after several treatments my lawn is much healthier, and has a thick turf. I appreciate the
detailed overview ,and instructions they leave. I did not receive notice of one of the visits
so the gate was locked,I notified customer service ,and t hey returned-and serviced the
back yard..
Quality and timeliness. But you need to tell your folks not to park at the end of the clients driveway.
