For some reason though, I had mosquitos today. Has not happened before. Weird.
My lawn is 19 years old and was in really bad shape. I typically do my own lawn feeding, but
the weeds were out of control. I pre-paid for the season (6 or 7 visits) and saw results just days
after the first application. Having the service has freed up my time so I'm not spending an hour or so on the weekends feeding my lawn. I don't need to be home to have the products applied; and it's obvious that they are doing what they said they are doing - as the results speak for themselves.
They let us know when they are coming. And they do a good job.
Ya just get it done- no muss, no fuss!
It worked. I haven't seen any mosquitoes.
The mosquito service is great, about a week before another spraying is due we notice a resurgance of the mosquitoes but overall will continue with this service next year. Our neighbors don't spray for mosquitoes but this seems to act as a barrier around our yard against the mosquitoes. Very pleased with the customer service and the techs who come out and spray. They are all very polite and seem to care about what I say.
I appreciated the fact that when I had an issue earlier in the season, a supervisor contacted me promptly. The issue was resolved promptly as well. It is a bit difficult for us to stay on top of our yard conditions because this is our cottage and usually there on long weekends. I like the fact that TruGreen notifies via email of an upcoming lawn treatment, and also give notification when the treatment has been completed. Very helpful!
Over all very informative on applications, still have some weeds but will work with you.
I think they are good and I know the hot dry summer has been hard on lawns, but my neighbors, on both sides have truGreen and theirs look much better than ours! I have under ground sprinklers/automatic also,but maybe not enough? Any suggestions? Thanks!
Our lawn looks noticably better than it did a couple of years ago. Deeper green and fewer weeds. More lawn like

We sure do miss Duke doing our lawn. We just had service last week, but we have all kinds of weeds in our lawn, particularly a tall kind of grass that comes up fast & gets tall in a week's time. It spreads quickly & is tough to cut off with the lawn mower. We also have numerous other weed spots, especially near the edges of our stairs & flower beds, like he doesn't get all the way to the edges. However there are many weeds through out the lawn. We have been working on getting our flower beds weeded, but this year they seem to be growing up faster than usual, probably because of the hot weather. The new technician always says I am cutting too short, but I have used that card he leaves each time, & as far as I can tell, I AM cutting at three inches. I have the mower set for four inches & I cut normally every 4-5 days. I don't like to complain, but I really miss having Duke to do our lawn, it looked much better then.

I've learned that you have tried to electronically make a payment from my account ending with 1924. I have explained time and time again that I'm retired and on a fixed income. I don't receive my social security until the 4th Wednesday of each month. I have been informed that I was going to get placed on a payment plain. I will be making my payments myself so please do not try to take funds from my account.
