On the other hand, a tech trampled across a new seeding instead of going around it and left deep foot and equipment prints in the new seeding. Probably a common sense sort of thing. An area manager or someone like that announced by e-mail that they would be stopping by to look at service. Said would do so even if I was not here--that's ok but I tried to encourage an appt. so we could have a face to face. Didn't get coordinated and got no feedback on what she thought about the service, the outcome and so on. That was a missed opportunity on your part.

The technicians' timing for services is excellent, and the treatments are effective (no mosquitos or Japanese Beetles, and my crappy crabapple tree isn't overrun with scab & fireblight, so is holding onto its leaves pretty well). We are using our patio regularly now for the first time in the 16 years that we have been here. It is great! My plants are not being shredded by Japanese Beetles, which had been discouraging in previous years. Now if only TruGreen handled rabbits, woodchucks, and deer, I would be all set!

Customer Service is GREAT! Whether in person or on the phone everyone is so nice. When I first sign up for service they ask me what I wanted in lawn care. I said I want a green lawn. They said no problem. Within 3 weeks my lawn was green. It looked so much better. The neighbors even ask what were we doing different to the lawn. We have told everyone about TruGreen. Keep up the good work.

I believe the person doing my yard attempts to do what is best for my yard. Since my yard is 100% sand and I do not water it. The grass looks very good
If I am not happy with results of any treatment, all I have to do is call the command center and they will send out a tech to retreat areas. That's what I consider great customer service!!. PLEASE SEND RAIN!!!!
