My husband and I were walking near where he was working so we could show him where we needed it--he followed our instructions to the tee! My recent Aeration was so well done. The technician took time to "work over" and thoroughly re-seed some of my trouble spots that last year were overlooked. The fact that he noticed them rather than just treating the entire yard as the same really showed me that there was extra effort put forth. I don't mind spending extra for these premium services like Aeration when they are executed taking note of the trouble areas and then putting forth that extra effort to improve them.
It worked to make the grass green and thick, plus no weeds.

Andy Laskey was friendly and answered my questions about my trees. He checked for bugs and sprayed the trees and bushes most likely to eaten by the beetles. Great job as usual for my TruGreen tree and shrub specialists.
Chad Breaugh, the specialist who services my trees and bushes is always very pleasant and takes the time to explain the work he has performed on any given day, and also recommends what, if anything, I might consider for correcting any problem. I appreciate his explanations.

I like everything. I did ask for a repricing of my shrub/tree service tho as one tree has died so it seems as tho a cheaper price is warranted. No response yet!
