Customer service is good if the customer has issues. The serviceman comes on the day scheduled and there is a phone message prior to the visit. My lawn is looking great!
True green will come out and service whenever an issue like weeds popping up and take care of it. Servicing even on days that aren't the regular scheduled days.

When I call about a concern, the customer service agents are very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. My land extends 15-20 feet beyond my driveway and, although it's written in the special instructions, sometimes I need to have someone return to treat the lawn on the other side of my driveway.
