Always on time and friendly. Previous mgr. has had to work with me every year to complete my pre-paid commitment. The form that is mailed never has the correct applications and or the correct $$ amount. I'm told .I have not had the pleasure of talking with Peter, the newest mgr. in my area. I will have to contact him in Oct./Nov. ? this year for next years prepay schedule.
