Leroi Payne is the best specialist we've ever had! He is Specialist # 28747 and he is the best! We have a large yard and an extra lot in Livonia, MI. Historically many areas got missed or our entire extra lot would not get serviced. The service was bad. We were about to cancel our service with TruGreen this year if the first service wasn't any better. Well, thanks to Leroi Payne we kept our business with TruGreen. Leroi Payne was assigned to our account for the first application and he was fantastic. He did our main property and didn't miss any areas. He also did our adjacent lot and didn't miss any areas. He's very conscientious and TruGreen should be very happy to have an employee like him. You should give him a raise because he does a great job and you don't want to lose a good one! When it was time for our second application, we were so happy to see Leroi Payne got assigned to our house and extra lot again. We sure hope we continue to get him assigned to our area. I sure hope someone reads these evaluations and Leroi Payne gets the recognition he deserves by his manager and/or supervisor.
if i have a problem it gets taken care of. but i have to call. most of the newer technicians are not sure what to do. the older technicians that we used to have took care of the problem at the time of service. they seem to have moved to other areas. there are a lot of new faces.

I am extremely pleased with the Tree and Shrub service that I receive from Chris Rentfrow. He always takes time to talk to me and explain what is going on with my trees and shrubs.
I am somewhat pleased with the Lawn Care service but I've had some issues with them not showing up after I receive a call that they will be coming to service our lawn. The Lawn Care service does a good job at controlling weeds and giving us a nice green lawn.

I like it that if I find a problem, like violets or weeds growing, that I can call & get these problems addressed without having to pay additional money.
I like it when I can get a 10% discount when I prepay for the next year.

I almost didn't have you guys do my lawn this year, after the guy last year( according to my neighbors)) he REALY didn't do my entire lawn or yard. I had to call u guys back, and then I still had weeds. I just happen to be home this time, and the guy. (Leroy Payne) took a little time to explain what he was putting on my lawn and what it would do, He was very polite and thourow, not to mention funny! A good rep for your company;-). I would like him to service my lawn every time it gets serviced. Hope that is possible after the problem I had with that other guy last year.
