My lawn looks great. Have been with the company for years and any concerns I have get responded to quickly. My only complaint would be that they really need to improve the service notifications. I'm lucky if I get a 24 hour notice which does not help if I need to arrange or prepare anything. My aeration/overseeding service notification came the morning of the service. Luckily I was home and was able to run around and mark my sprinkler heads so they didn't get damaged by the aeration equipment. It would be nice to have a couple of days at least to make sure they yard is prepared for service.
I like the notification of when your technician is coming out, the receipt of what was applied to my lawn and the confidence I have with TruGreen and the technician. My lawn looks great.
