I like the call that is made prior to the visit. My lawn always looks better than others, due to the continuing service. I enjoy the fact of NO weeds in my lawn. Haven't needed any personal dealings this year....so that's good. In the past, you have always been courteous. Keep up the good work.

I just spoke with agent Steven on the phone today as well as yesterday and he was wonderful with being able to reduce my payment to a more acceptable amount. I appreciate all his help and patience with me and he certainly should receive a 10 out of 10 for his assistance. I hope to be able to work with him again when help is needed.

Great maintaining your lawn, a bit pricey though.

I liked the Trudy call reminder that service was scheduled. And when something came up and my appointment had to be cancelled, I was updated and kept informed. My lawn was checked on during the process. I was informed of other products and services (maybe a tad too often -- the mosquito spraying), but I never felt pressured to purchase. Most importantly I liked that the product/service did what it was supposed to, make my lawn beautiful.

After trying two other lawn services with no success, we tried Tru Green. Not only have you solved the crabgrass and clover problem our lawn has never looked so healthy! On the few occasions we needed a second treatment, your company responded in a timely manner.
We have several evergreen bushes that were infected with mites. Again Tru Green suggested a solution for this problem. After the second treatment the web infected bushes showed a noticeable improvement. Thanks to this treatment we will be able to save these 45 year old bushes, not to mention the expense of replacing them.
Your employees are prompt and very respectful of our property, always leave a notice of what they did or if they notice something new that needs to be addressed.
