Various need services are applied regularly and or as needed. We do not have to do anything to make it happen. It was all to easy to forget when a service needed to be done. This was especially true in the case of grub control. Forgetting to apply on time could have a bad result.
They let me know the day before they are going to treat my lawn.

I am very happy with Jerome and with TruGreen. My lawn looks great and Jerome took the time out to ask if I had any questions or concerns and also explained how I could help prevent disease and help with the care of my lawn. A very nice fellow!

I don't have to fertilize my lawn!
I don't have any dandelions in my yard even though some neighbors have a lot. My customer representative Lisa is fantastic. What i don't like is getting a text at 7:30 a.m. that my yard will be serviced, even though he might not come until 1:00 p,m.. There should be a 4 hour window and notified one hour before. also, I had problems paying for my services. The website didn't always work.
On time service, always call ahead, polite personnel.
The Lawn Care service provided is great. The application program that is used helps to maintain the weeds in our large lawn.

I have an unusual yard with wetlands and trails. So I asked that I be notified?with the date and time when technicians will be arriving so I can explain the yard to them. This process works out well because the yard gets better coverage and of course less mosquitoes. If I have concerns or questions your staff is always available to address them.
