The guarentee program is a great incentive. Otherwise I probably would not take service. All customer reps and managers have been extremely informative and helpful. Techs are very knowledgeable and professional. I would like to sign up for the mosquito elimination plan, however with two weed control plans on two different properties, I cannot afford this year. would like to see an incentive such as a package plan with weed control and mosquito control for loyal customers at a discount rate. This would be a great incentive. Thank you for taking the time to consider my comments.
So far the technician has been very thorough in answering questions & very friendly. Have been happy with results for the most part.
