on this last service provided, my wife noticed your worker on my neighbors property and by the time I got out to see him, most of the neighbors yards was completed. I then walked him through my yard (which is an unusual shape) and showed him where to fertilize. He mentioned to me " I hope I have enough fertilizer " which left me with the impression that I did not receive the complete treatment I was due for. I hope this does not occur in the future and I will make sure your employee is familiar with my property before he begins his service.
Specialist 53042 Juan de Alba is my service representative. He does a really good job and is friendly. From a safe social distance he is able to answer my questions. I am happy he is the person who applies the treatment to my property. He is also skilled with the machine. He does not damage the yard if it is too wet. Thanks Juan!

The product used is second to none. The lawn always looks so much better than all.my neighbors who neglect their lawns. I've tried using DIY method in the past but the product in store doesn't come close to the industrial products TruGreen uses.

Great staff and excellent customer service. I do wish that the products applied provided a better looking lawn at times. Weed control isn't always effective.
I like that TruGreen always lets me know when it will perform a service. Your workers are hard working and thorough. Through the years, your employees have alerted me to things that need attention. For example, my crab apple tree had a fungus, and TruGreen rescued it. Your employees are all yard heroes! Thank you.
