When they say that they are going to come out they do... I just have to pick up the telephone and then they will come out to respray for weeds... They take time out to hear what I have to say... If, I have to resecul for them to come out they do... Only 1 year I wasn't happy with the company is when it was a very hot summer and TruGreen sprayed and my grass burnt... Wasn't happy at all... Before they sprayed they said it was ok with the hot weather, but wrong my grass burnt... And I had to spend a lot of money to get it back the next year...
But, that's the past... Hopefully that will never ever happen again... So far I'm very very pleased with the service... Keep on having all the knowledge for the grass and being friendly, and most of all keep on letting my grass dark green...
