Your service is great, it doesn't take up any time for me. You come here and do what you have to do and not asking me to come to the door. You let me know that you're going to be here on a certain day, and I'm done. The grass look better than anyone else on my block. You're not collecting the cost at the door. I dont have to tell anybody about the results of what the chemicals do for my grace, everybody can see the results, but I do give the name of the company to people who dont see the truck out side my house. Scheduling, follow calls and service, if necessary.
I would like a paper receipt as before that tells me what was done. I never see the technician come and go. I appreciate the call the day before.
Usually after they visit our yard it looks better within a week, especially since we have neighbors who do nothing and we get their crap. We like that if you have a problem you can call and they will come out to take care of it.
