That you call before you come out and do the service
I like that you always notify me via Email before the date of your arrival and on the day you arrive; and ask how it looks after you leave. Yes, I can always tell because I look carefully at the lawn and can see the granular fertilizer or some other material you put down. No, I can not see the liquid weed killer. Always prompt to work when you arrive. Thank You for good service. DANC

I like that I get a phone call to let me know that you'll be coming out to service our lawn. I recently had placed a call to have someone come and see a concern we had with certain weeds, thinking that this would be covered by your guarantee, and I did receive an invoice for it....I thought that this kind of thing was covered by your application guarantee.
I was going to recommend TruGreen to my son and daughter in law, who are not happy with their current lawn care provider, but now I'm not so sure.

Dependable. This year the grass has done well (with help from lots of rain). I’d like to have the lawn aerated.
My specialist cleaned up toys feom lawn before application. Appreciated.. Howeved there was another time where he was yanking his hose back to truck and ripped off one of my downspouts and just left it there.. For that I am disappointed and opt to cancel my service.
People doing the service should ring the bell to see if anyone is home and if they have any questions

We still get mosquitos but all we have to is call back and they come back within a week and spray again.

What I like about the last service was the Specialist, Andrew T. 095934. My overall score for TruGreen this year would be about a 3-4, but this survey score of 10 is ONLY for Andrew. I have had TruGreen for my homes for approximately 30 years, and have always been completely satisfied...UNTIL this year. My yard has never looked this bad with crab grass and weeds all around. My normal tech that comes out is here and gone in less than 10 minutes. In fact, that's been the case for the last 3 years with various techs. When Andrew came, he took the time to walk the property with me and we spoke about why I have been so dissatisfied this year. He definitely saw the issues and I watched as he took the time to treat every inch of my lawn. He was here on 8/28 and told me I should see major improvement
in approximately 10 days. Today is 9/6, so in 9 days I have seen absolutely zero improvement and actually think the weeds are spreading. I will be calling next week to have Andrew come back out for another re-treatment. I feel he is thorough, careful, respectful and very interested in customer satisfaction and problem resolution. TruGreen...sadly,not so much.
