We used the mosquito abatement service for the first time this year. It was very effective and we were able to enjoy being outdoors all summer without being bothered by mosquitoes. Customer service was outstanding. I received a phone call the day before the technician was coming, as well as a text the day of with an estimated time of arrival. The app is also very useful. I especially like how it shows exactly where the technician is in real time and when he will arrive. Treatments were applied on a regular basis throughout the season.
The guy that does the lawn actually rings the doorbell and explains what he's going to do.
