Technician, Jeremiah, did a great job at the house. They all do!

My only problem with trugreen, is not the service, but the home office not getting service details to me in a timely manner. Lots of times I don't know when to expect someone cuz I didn't get a text or email. Or, once or twice, they forgot to inform me the technician could not come.

We have a good service, and our account manager Cambria Alexander is always available to answer any questions.

We had our 1st tree and shrub treatment on 3-15-24. As she always does Jade Frost was amazing. She is always willing to answer our questions and address our concerns. She is friendly and treats our yard like it's hers. My wife and I would always like her to be the one who arrives at our property to service our account. We have never had a negative thing to say about Jade and we don't expect any either. Keep her in employment because she is well worth it!!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Joseph Torres, my TG Tree guy. A very friendly person and he asked about my trees and the lot lines. He told me what he was going to do and then set about doing it. He is a very professional tech and also very personable. Thanks for taking care of my trees!

I'm a new subscriber and our first application was just done 2 days ago so I have not had time to see results in our yard yet.
Our Service Technician Mr. Jaime Avila was very pleasant and first contacted me in person to explain the service application he was about to apply. I had been previously contacted via text message alerting me of his coming arrival. He also left a service summary on the front door knob when he was done. I was very busy on a personal phone call when he first spoke with me and had almost no time to converse with him but did observe him through a couple of windows while he was making the application. He appeared to be quick and thorough as he went about his job.
I'm now interested to see the results of TruGreen's 1st service application.

The two yards that I take care of are well done and done on time

I appreciate the applications and how they correlate to the weather to do your best the fertilizers, etc. are in peak performance conditions.

today i spoke with our specialist Alejandro Diaz , he appears very knowledgeable in regards to lawn care. This is a big improvement from our previous specialist. I would appreciate having Mr. Diaz continue being our specialist throughout this year.

I have a neighbor across the street who has been using you for a very long time. My Landscaper came up with more things than I need and was milking me for money. At first, I fired him and told him to just cut the grass and no chemicals on my lawn. I switched to you, and I was happy last year. So, I switched to you on my neighbor's recommendation. His lawn always looks so nice, and he is a fanatic about his lawn and gardens.
