Prompt service
It would be nice if the person could do the service without being on their cellphone, and make sure to cover all the areas and not hit and miss due to being on their cellphone. Like the one who did my service this month. I should not have to call in to report this issue. They should finish and I also didn't get my slip statement stating it was done.

My lawn was in the most awful condition 2 years ago. Weedy, sparse, bare patches. All this in spite of he fact that I fertilized and did weed control on a regular basis. I was just losing the battle. I called TruGreen and spoke with Melissa, who was most informative and knowledgeable about lawn care. I started their "full" year service in 2022 and by Spring 2023 there was a remarkable difference. By the end of 2023 my lawn had thickened up considerably and looked way more healthy. Now, it's 2024 and I have added more areas adjacent to the actual lawn area to be treated. Based on the past 2 years of treatment, I know it's going to be great!
I like it that Michael Griffin my maintenance guy came to my door to ask me if there was anything in particular I needed done on my yard. I asked him a couple of questions and he answered and went to work even in the rain.
