Service technician was prompt, asked if I had any questions, answered all of them
Always informed in advance on date of actual servicing. Employees doing actual servicing seemed to have their act together in applying product to either the lawn or the shrubs, etc. Appreciate their recommendations as to what they have observed & giving possible resolutions to make lawn, etc better.
Secondly, I have neighbors inquiring about cost of service, etc & I inform them, at 74 yrs. old I do not have to go down to local garden centers, pick fertilizers up & load up the car, etc & then come back & apply it myself. It is all done for me. Definitely have some of them thinking especially lately with unforeseen sudden weather changes.
