I am a long time customer.Early this year service was non existent.I went almost 60 days between service calls.I was told twice service was scheduled but no one came.No one called to explain why I was about to cancel my contract. My most recent service was applied by Mr. Jones and it was great.The best I have ever had.This is the kind of service I am paying for.I hope he will continue to service my lawn

Disappointed again in the communication. Last service was supposed to include weed treatment as well as fertilizer. Rep on site said the order was screwed up - applied fertilizer and advised we call to schedule free weed treatment. When calling we cannot reach any for a 20-30 minute wait time.
Likewise i previously asked/put in form...text msg one day prior to service - not done. We have used ChemLawn for 12 + years - our lawn looks horrible right now - many weeds. Not sure what slipped through the cracks on your end, would appreciate another call..to potentially work through this Phone number removed.

great service and treatments. though this year many weeds in my lawn. I spray they myself and should not have to do this. weed killer in treatments could be better.
