Every person, whether on the phone or the ones who come to add treatment to my lawn, are pleasant and treat me as a family member, not only as a customer. The option to pay as service is rendered, or a contract for the season which is cheaper, is very much appreciated. I get the basic service because of my budget, but suggestions to add a special treatment is discussed depending on how the season differs every year. No pushy representatives to sell me what I don't want, but again, the option to pay as service is rendered gives me the freedom to choose at that moment what's best for my lawn and me, They are following covid-19 care with the very serious, which I thank them for. I totally recommend them.
