Just spoke to Allen (#117142) and it was the best experience I have had with your customer service people. Though I have only been a customer since last year I did have several occasions to call you last year with complaints and questions and no one was as helpful as Allen and that was without be asked specific questions. I had just called to see when my next treatment was and he went thru all the possible treatments and discounts I could get for future applications. Every little bit helps.
