We are customers for many years. We had a service on April 12th, it was pouring rain that day & we have noticed some dandelions popping up. We are scheduled for a 2nd service on May 10th & I hope this solves the issue !!!!!

We were away when the service was applied.In the past however, the service technican would speak to me before applying the fertilizer and weed killer. He covered all three levels of my property with excellent results.

John K was very professional and friendly. He listened to my concerns about my dog including closing the gate and when my dog can walk on the treated area.

The service specialist are always very friendly. Today i had Jose Vilton L very nice did a first rate job very careful. Hope he comes again.

Anthony was very nice, kind and knowledgable. He explains the treatments and listens to my concerns on the the lawn turning brown instead of green. He said he had documented it and someone will get back to me. He makes sure it is handled as much as he can for his level.

How effective the applications are and also the specialist.

I had issues with the specialist who performed my Essential Pest Control application on 4/8/24. He didn't treat certain areas where were treated on prior visits. I asked him if he did. He told me he did but my security camera showed he didn't. I don't trust him and asked to remove him from treating my property. The great news is the specialist who came today, 4/11/24, Yenelba Troncoso did a fantastic job. I am requesting Ms. Troncoso perform all my Essential Pest Control applications. If she is out the day of my application please reschedule my application to a day she is working. As of today, Ruben Diaz and Yenelba Troncoso are the only two specialist I trust performing the applications on my property for the three contracts I have with your company. Please honor this request when scheduling my applications.
