No matter what my husband and I did, and we worked very hard to keep the grass looking nice. Mowing, fertilizing, raking, etc. The grass just started looking terrible and no matter what, we couldn't get it looking like it did when we bought the house. So we called Trugreen. In just 5 months we couldn't believe the difference. Tomorrow we get the lawn aerated and seeded. I can't wait until the spring to see what the lawn will look like then!

The service is fine. Trying to give a 5 star rating to all the guys who come to service me is very difficult. I hate your website... too complicated.

I will and would like to request that this individual perform all my work in the future. Please make sure to commend him for his OUTSTANDING performance. It is hard these days to find someone who loves what they do and do it well. That is exactly what Oscar did today HE DID HIS JOB BEYOND WELL!

House yesterday were extremely professional.
They took the time to explain the applications that they were going to do in advance.

When they completed the applications - they came back and told me everything that they completed and explained to me how many weeks it would be before we would see results.

This is the type of professionalism I expect and I was very happy to see! That is why they received a 10 and will continue to receive this type of excellent rating in the future!

Ruben Diaz from branch 5905 arrived at my residence to perform my lawn service per my customized lawn plan. I pointed out an area of my lawn that is over run with weeds. Ruben explained to me that it appeared the section of lawn was not treated on a previous application of weed control. He proceeded to spray Acclaim and Vista application to treat the weeds.
Ruben was extremely professional and very courteous during his visit. I am extremely satisfied with his performance. an asset to your organization.
