I appreciate the timeliness and neatness, and have enjoyed the mosquito treatment. My only criticism is that when plants were sprayed early in the season, my spider grass all turned brown. This needs to be addressed for next year.

This survey is in response to the services provided by Adrian Hauer. On a scale of 1-10 I would definitely give Adrian a 10. My yard lawn was in bad shape when he started servicing and we discussed in detail my concerns and recommendations for improvement. I learned about treatment during very hot weather and the difference between liquid and non liquid fertilizing. He truly represents what true customer service means. Hopefully he will remain on my route.
