I have been very pleased with service. I have one question. This year I am seeing alot of onion grass in the grass and the garden . Is there something I can do about it .
Show up in a timely manner during the season. Make recommendations about condition of my lawn. Always make sure the gate to my backyard is closed. I pay as I go so that keeps you on your toes........

I had an initial rough start with the company when my lawn was first treated in the Summer. I had crabgrass over a lot of my front lawn and when it was treated, my whole lawn appeared to die in almost every area. I called the company and was reassured that since the crab grass was so prevalent that was what was dying. They did come our and reseeded and this corrected the problem when the grass seeds germinated. I am very pleased with the outcome. Now I have one of the most beautiful lawns in my nieghborhood in New Jersey. I intent to continue using TruGreen this year.

The General Mgr reach out to me personally after I voiced my concern and promised a quick resolution. The Technician came back to my property the same day & resolved the issue. I am very satisfied with the outcome.
I would like to speak to someone about my schedule and problems with my first application. A few sections of my lawn did not receive treatment. Not knowing the specs of my lawn the tech couldn't have known. Also if I can schedule my treatments to be on Mondays as well. I was told I could change the day. Thank you.
