We requested a re-service after the first service of the year was performed by a specialist unfamiliar with our property and followed by rain which failed to destroy the growth of dandelions and other crabgrasses. The second (re-) service was performed by Scott Tucci who has been caring for our property for the past two seasons, providing excellent results.

Your Techs are very nice. They try to do the right thing. They listen when the customer is talking and asking questions. If its a problem they can't handle they take it back to the Manager. Manager will call or have the tech contact customer. This is very important. When a problem occurs your Manager is right there to try to solve any problems and make it right. Keep taking care of your customer and you should not have any problems.
I love that you let me know the day before you're scheduled to be here :), the lawn analysis is also very helpful. I was impressed that Kevin knew that the reason some of my lawn was greener than the rest was because it was a different kind of grass (fescue vs. bluegrass). I was delighted that the weeds were dying off so quickly - and that I didn't have to water in the treatment, just let it dry a few hours before the dog could run around in the yard. Even though I only had one treatment from Kevin, I recommended TruGreen to my neighbor down the street.
Every thing seems to be working so far. The lawn is beautiful right now. Last year it took many treatments to kill the yellow nutsedge. Otherwise satisfied with your service.
Tuesday May 1st, we had JOSEPH JR CALVACCA, come by to treat our trees and shrubs. Since we had a pretty rough winter here, I asked Joseph to walk around with me ad give me a rundown of how our trees and shrubs fared from the winter. Joseph was very thorough and pointed out items that we should or shouldn't do in the caring of our shrubs. The trees and shrubs for the most part made are doing fine, with a few exceptions in which we need to stay on top of to ensure a strong recovery.
I am so grateful of Joseph's expertise and the things that he made me aware of, that I did not know at all, and am now more appreciative of both the care he provides and the thoughtfulness to take the time and explain it to me.
