I would like to keep the same technician, Michael Grapaldi, for all of my services. He was my tech 2 years ago and I never had a problem. Last year there was a different tech for all visits and they did not seem to care or take as much pride as Michael. Michael always rang the bell, chatted with me regarding my lawn, and walked the property to discuss any issues. He is truly a professional and I am requesting that he be assigned to treat my property permanently. ,Thank you in advance.
John Booker, who did our insect control service on 5/11/18, was a perfect professional. He had to ring several times as I was in the yard when he arrived. He was inquisitive and attentive. Thanks for the great work John!
