Kareem Clark was here to treat my trees and shrubs. I had a lot of questions, since this was my first visit by TruGreen. He and I walked around the entire property discussing all the issues and procedures he will be addressing. He was thorough and took the time to explain a lot to me, as well as answer some of the questions I had.
Kevin Montegary came the next day to treat my lawn for grub control. Unfortunately I was not here to meet him. But he left safety signs around the yard, which I understood the reason for them. I am hoping to have an opportunity to meet him in the future, as well as any other technicians that work on my property.
I like the fact that I can have one company take care of my property in all its phases. And having the annual payment plan, makes it easy not to have to pay each time someone comes for service.

I recently called to let them know that we had a lot of crabgrass despite the pre-emergent treatment which was done earlier. They immediately scheduled another service appt to have the lawn treated for a post emergent treatment within three days. The technician said to give it at least 21 days and to call them again if they did not die. I was really impressed with the prompt manner in which it was handled. I know exactly what day and time they plan to come so I am able to bring the dogs in the house or to daycare for that day. I am hoping that the reseeding is just as good as their lawn service treatments.

I like communicating with the technician and developing a good professional relationship. All of the technicians are very professional, knowledgeable and they provide excellent customer service. My lawn looks great and I would highly recommend them for all their lawn care services that they provide.

Bill has been servicing my lawn for several years. My lawn was in terrible shape when I contacted Trugreen. My husband had been using the four step program of Scotts and also tried Brock Farm's chemicals. The lawn just did not look good. We couldn't get rid of the clover! The weeds were everywhere. Bill was sent to take care of my lawn and after the first year, there was a tremendous improvement. The second year it looked even better. Company actually asked who takes care of the lawn because the backyard looked so good! We are very happy with Bill's service!
