There are no surprises or hidden fees. We are always alerted when a TruGreen visit is coming. The specialists are knowledgeable, competent individuals who know how to work a property carefully and fully. When your truck pulls up, I feel no need to watch what's happening. I know from experience that the specialist takes every precaution to treat my lawn and my shrubs as if they were his own. It may have something to do with the fact I almost always am treated to work done by your top-notch John Booker, Branch 5915. He's the best.

My service techs Thomas Best and Ryan Melia arrived today for my second application of the season. They greeted me at my front door when they arrived and informed me of what was going to be done. When they completed the application they rang the doorbell again, explained what they did and saw, and what to expect over the next few days.

I've been a customer of TruGreen for a number of years and though I have issues with my turf results (weather - rain, drought, etc.) I feel you are doing everything possible to combat these issues.
If it wasn't for William Velez I think I would've cancelled the program.

Ralph was very nice. I'm not sure if he went over the back yard. I didn[t see him out back. I did tell him I think, and he agreed that the lawn needed lots of lime. My question is when would the lime be applied. There is alot of moss in the yard.

I received a significant amount of rain after a over seeding and aeration treatment. I literally watched most of my grass seed wash away. I called customer service and expressed my concerns and without hesitation you repeated the treatment.
