Recent issue regarding the application of Lime to my lawn was pleasantly resolved today!
Although I would have preferred this not have occurred, it was resolved after I completed a survey from True Green. Today the Lime application was completed! I received a much appreciated phone call as a result of my response to this survey. The survey really does get a response!
I also was informed that my account was being credited for this frustrating situation.

I just wanted to thank you for getting back to me on my inquiry about our 2nd service application this year. I was concerned that the application occurred on a rainy day and if the rain would affect the application. For now the lawn looks good with only spotty broadleaf weeds. I'm confident my lawn specialist will keep a close watch on my lawn development.

Ralph was thorough, explained everything and offered advice...he answered all our questions and made us feel that we chose the right company.
We were not home when Mark came to service our lawn. However, wen we arrived 5 days later
we already noticed the results of the weed application. Its's good to know that you can trust
your employees even when your not home do his job great. Because of his expertise I will go
with Mark's recommendation to get my lawn seeded. Great workers make Happy Customers!!!!!

Today Ron Scott was perfect at addressing my current needs and being informative on other services (Flea and Tick treatments). I had noted a concern on my arborvitaes and Ron validated watering was sufficient and that the browning was BAU winter stress. He suggested Jobes fertilizer (time release) and a quick remedy of acid based Miracle Grow concentrate fertilizer. He could not have been more invested or engaged in meeting my concerns and provided overall confirmation of the healh of my shrubs. He also communicated ways to provide more sun to my Alberta Spruces, which require full and are partially blocked by low hanging cherry tree branches I could snip. Ron should be commended for his level of service and dedication.

I like that lawn applications are made at the right time for the season. TruGreen's employees have been polite and take the time to answer any questions I may have. Also on the rare occasion if some thing is not right, TruGreen remedies the situation quickly to my satisfaction. Trudy's calls the day before are very helpful.
Ron Scott was a true gentleman and was very professional during his visit yesterday. He was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about our environment and the landscape/trees, etc. He provided some nice advice. We are glad to see him on our account.
