He was extremely empathetic to my frustrations and even found in my profile why I kept experiencing the same problem over and over again. i spoke with the Specialist prior to initiation of the service. This is typical for the services I receive. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold to administer the scheduled service. The Technician briefed this to me; promised to re-schedule when weather conditions are appropriate. I appreciate the professionalism of the Technician's service execution which is consistently 5-star.
