Your technician Allan out of your Newport DE office was very helpful in getting my service started again for this season. While I was not on his schedule for a treatment when he was doing my next door neighbors house, he phone into his office and got me put on his schedule so he could start my treatments immediately. He is professional, courteous, and offered up a lot of great advice to me. A true professional.
The grass looks good and if any weeds appear, you do a great job of coming out and spraying them!

Today was our 5th treatment with TruGreen. The service tech, Felicia Walker, arrived early and went right to work. She was very courteous and knowledgable about TruGreen. She explained what she did and advised us to call if we had any problems with the treatment. I would like to request that Felicia be our service tech for all future visits.
For improvements, it would be nice if you could give a time range when you leave a message that the tech will be coming. I usually have to call your office and ask for the time range, or is it always between 8a - 1p.
