Service is great; suggestions are great; the comments today about different colors in grass is due to Horizon digging up yard and reseeding with rye and not the normal TruGreen mixture. I wrote about this planned repair but got no response. You can make the corrections in next scheduled reseeding. I typically do not use excess water on grass since this is a resource we need to conserve. treating grass with no water is not the best practice...but. I would like to hear your suggestions and associated costs for filling in low spots with topsoil.
