The system for scheduling works wonderfully. We know when someone is coming so we can discuss any issues when the technician is here.
I just submitted an update on the services, but at the end, after I submitted, a notice came up that said I was logged out. Did you get my statements?
From what I can tell, I think our service person is doing a great job so far. The initial treatment on Jan. 15 included major weed control. I can certainly see good results and there is plenty of grass to start filling in, however, there are several areas that the weeds did not receive enough spray or no spray and probably need attention to stay compatible with the rest of the yard.
I was told to give it at least 2 weeks after the Jan. 15th weed spraying to see the results. Since it is beyond that, I felt I should let you know so that the area's missed could be taken care of.

My lawn is green, needs little water, and the weeds die. You did and do what you say you're going to do.

Luckily I have been getting the same lawn team specialist David Jean (53634). He is very professional and also very personable. He always asks if I have any concerns about the lawn, and if I do, he is willing to go over what needs to be done. Since he has taken over, our lawn looks great!!! I hope he continues taking care of our yard.
The service tech was through and very friendly and ensure we were satisfied with his work.
