Everyone is very nice and polite. They go about doing their work and do it well and are not noisy about it. They always knock at the door and tell us what they did and why and what it does for the bushes and lawn, and what I need to do and to stay off for the amount of time they tell us.

I use to use TrueGreen for years then I had to let them go as I was not happy with the status of my lawn. I went to the private small companies and had good and bad experiences but last summer my lawn hit its all time low. I finally decided to give TrueGreen another try. WOW! has the company came light years ahead of the rest. Our Technician Mike Carter upon our first meeting told me to save my money and not re-sod a large section of my front yard. He assured me to give him a chance and by spring he would have my yard on track. WOW! he did exactly what he said and went over and beyond my expectations. My St Augustine is fuller and the turf thicker than it has been in years. He is a stellar employee for your company and needs to be recognized not just for being good at the job. His customer service and quaintness is above the call of duty. As busy as he is if you're there when he comes he takes the time to make you feel as if you're his only customer. The new customer portal and customer service gives you that small company feel that most desire. We just sold our home and as sad as we are to lose Mike Carter and this great yard we have turned the info over to our buyers and have just set up service for our first treatment in our new House in Oveido. Lets see if TruGreen can get that one on track.
