During his last visit, I was at home so that I could speak with him. I told him that I am very pleased with the way my lawn has filled in and become thicker since I hired Trugreen. In the last 25 years, I have had 5 different companies service my lawn, and Trugreen has had the most success in returning the grass to its original quality. I had a full lawn replacement in 2003.

I love my lawn guy Mike Carter! He is the nicest person and I can tell he really cares about my lawn. He is always giving tips on taking care of things with my lawn and he really gets excited about how good it looks. Over the years we have got to know him and he truly is a great person. He talks very highly about his job and how he is treated. My boys think he is great too. I have had so many compliments on my lawn thanks to Mike. I think you have a great employee and I don't know how much he is making but it's not enough. He has a bright smile all the time and we think he is the greatest.

Our lawn is GREAT LOOKING but DO WISH we would receive a call PRIOR to your coming so we can open the gates. Two times the gate brackets have been broken and we had to replace. So PLEASE CALL US PRIOR and LEAVE A MSG. Thanks a lot. We had recommended neighbors in the past for your services, one just this year (new people across the street, they asked "How do YOU keep your lawn so gorgeous?" We replied, "Not us, TruGreen - call them !" :)

I like the fact that when my previous lawn company, Heron, told me my yard was beyond any help and they would not try to restore it, that TruGreen representative came out and explained why it could be restored. I am glad I did not have to resod my entire yard.
They come to the door first before treating the yard.
