So far we have been happy with the service, but haven't had enough results after 3 treatments to give it a 10.
All care specialists have been prompt, friendly, and informative as to what the treatment was for that day, as well as some tips to help our lawn progress.
Always prompt. Answers any questions and offers suggestions. Travis and I discussed the large bare patch where there was no lawn when I bought the house in Mid November. I have seeded it and put top soil on it and it is now just beginning to show signs of grass coming up (perhaps a different kind), I got the seeds at Home Depot.
Satisfied with service. Mosquito sprayers were here on 4/7/17 and lawn today 4/11/17.

Frank Lloyd was very nice. Knocked on the door and asked how everything was.
This was the clincher. My mini-dachshund barks at anyone new that comes to the door. Same happened with Frank, except he bent down and started petting her back area (which she loves), THEN she went back in to the house while we were talking and got her blue ball and gave it to Frank to throw. She NEVER does that with not only a NEW person but someone who is at the door for just a few minutes.
He took the time to throw it down the patio a few times. Each time she retrieved it and gave it back to him. She and Frank made a new friend. She's 6 years old and I've learned to trust my dogs instinct about a person. He is A-Okay with me.
Rosemarie Fularon performed my service today, and I like the way she takes the time to talk with me about any potential problems on my lawn. I also like that she's the same person I had previously. I would like for her to be my permanent service technician.

On 04/03/2017 approximately 11:35 a.m. a Tru-green Representative by the name of Rosemarie Fularon treated my lawn, and reassured a failing confidence with Tru-Green. After transitioning from Scott Lawn Service, and having the pleasure of having Rodney as my Scott Lawn Specialist, there was never a doubt in my mind about his knowledge and passion for what he does, and that has displayed in the appearance of my lawn. Hopefully we can continue the same relationship that was awarded with Scott Lawn Service, and having someone like Rosemarie can certainly make this a nice transition.
