I'm very impressed by TruGreen's desire to solve my issue. There was some staining on my fence from the last application and you guys were willing to come out and clean it immediately. I was thinking that there would be an apology but I was pleasantly surprised when you guys said you would come out there and clean it immediately. That was great customer service.
You service provider Brandon McCaffrey (#1360) is very personable and professional. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. I am having some difficulty with my grass and he gave me some great ideas that are working. I am happy with your service.

I like that Carla Martin is responsive and tries BUT whoever is controlling my not getting aeration is a big problem! Also despite Carla scheduling visits several have been missed!

Communication from client to office to tech has been lacking in the past. After several tries, I finally had a Service Manager contact me and set up the tech calling me before his arrival so we could discuss challenges with my lawn. It took several calls to get one meeting. Very frustrating. Once I had that meeting, we had a plan.

I so wish the service included control of crabgrass and some other grass-type weeds but understand the limitations.

It's all about the technicians. Our tech Jonthan Hills does such a good job! He's knowledgeable and conscientious, going out of the way to make sure he meets all our needs. He knows our lawn. Today he took a soil sample to see if the ph is causing our St. Augustine grass problem in the front yard.
Jonthan was our tech for years until he moved to a different department for a year or so. During that time, we rarely had the same technician twice in a row. No one was following the trends of our lawn problems.
We are relieved to have Jonthan Hills back!

I talked to him about the results I expected and he was courteous and advised that the lawn was coming along nicely and as expected and the fertilizer treatment today would encourage a greener lawn.
