You have kept my yard nice. The last person you sent was good. My biggest complaint is I wish you could send the same person. Did when I started with your company, but now it’s a different person every time. They don’t know your yard. I complain all the time about this and no one dose anything

Every year in cold weather my grass always dies this the first time that has made it. It is not completely healthy but mayority of the grass is back thanks guys. Hope by summer time be fully and healthy

Shrubs are in better condition, very few mosquitos. Sledge weeds are now under control and grass looks greener.

Technicians are courteous and do a thorough job.

This is a comment concerning Specialist Brian Hogan.
Brain performed my services at 1577 Stonebriar Road, Green Cove Springs Fl. this week (04/18/24). Before starting Brian asked me was there anything he needed to know. I told him of an area, outside my fence, that I maintain and needed to be treated and to make sure he treated all of my lawn. Brain said he would. I told Brain that in the past this was not the case. Some of the previous Specialist would not treat my entire lawn. If possible, I would like to have Brian continue treating my lawn.

I would like to commend John T, our lawn specialist that conducted our yard services earlier this week. He was extremely professional and courteous and listened to my concerns about my yard. I have not been pleased with weed control in the past and was looking forward to actually talking with the TECH. Every area of concern I addressed, John T assured me he would take care of them! I am giving John T a "10," just not overall 10 for TruGreen. I have not been overall pleased with the thickness of my front lawn and no-one ever mentions it or makes recommendations to bring my front yard to my desired look.

Finally, I would like to state that I would like/prefer only JOHN T to be our LAWN TECH for future applications. He impressed us that much! Please relay to him our complete appreciation and pleasure with him!

Fernando our technician is the best he’s so personable, he wants the best for your yard and gives you advice on what you can do to help with the service of your lawn, he’s so knowledgeable. He’s a great asset to TruGreen.

Excellent lawn care service

I want to ask my tree and shrub technician to leave a service stake both in my yard and at the entrance to the neighborhood so that I know both areas were serviced. My service includes both the trees and shrubs around and in my yard plus the trees and shrubs on both sides of the wall at the entrance to our neighborhood.

Everything about your service is excellent. No one does what you do best.

The service technicians are very polite & knowledgeable. They listen to what your concerns are and try to address them.
