The current technician does a good job of communicating with us. He is attentive to our concerns and keeps us informed. As this season begins we are having good results with weed control and thicker lawn. Sisquo Scott should get a 10 for his work in our yard.

My customized lawn service was completed by Jeffrey Jenkins on May 7, 2024. I talked briefly with Jeffrey prior to the service on exactly what he was going to do. He was friendly, professional and efficient.
Shortly after our first application for the 2024 season, our property was covered with dandelions. I contacted the Springfield office and Joe Wood, the regional manager, responded IMMEDIATELY with an explanation as to why this happened and to resend the technician back to examine the lawn.
Name removed has been a customer of TruGreen's for many years, and seeing the dandelions were a shock to both management and residents as TruGreen has always done a great job for us. After Joe's explanation and willingness to send someone back, I felt it very necessary to give "credit" back to TruGreen. it is comforting to know that going forward, should there be any other problems, they will be handled promptly and professionally thanks to Joe Wood and his Springfield team.
