I like the use of the app. Services provided. I would like more transparency and accountability to associates coming out to provide services. I had an encounter with a worker that did not provide services but said they did but with home cameras was able to see otherwise. I was credited back for the application but this could impact the brand.

Technicians have been knowledgeable and professional this year. Lawn looking great right now and am looking to continue that as this is the beginning of fungus problem season. Weed control needs to be slightly more efficient. However, currently very happy with service and the look of my lawn. Today's technician Marcus B. provided me with premium service. Listened to my concerns and addressed them. He is from Branch 5268 -Norcross South and so far has been my best technician out of there. Thanks Marcus B.!!
My specialist, Joshua Williams at branch 5729 was excellent is serving my issues.
Justin did a good job of covering the whole yard. He even took time to ask about a flower bed
that had been moved. He also covered the area between the fences which I usually have to do myself.
They make sure applications are applied appropriately.

I have been using Tru Green for years. I have the best lawn on the street. People always ask me what I do. However I had service on May 10th this year. Anthony was the service tech. It was pouring rain. Anyways, I don't know if it was his first day on the job or not, but he arrive around 9am. He ran my door bell, was polite, said who he was, etc. However he asked me where my property lines were. You could tell in the front as from the cut lines but I told him the back is very wet and I could not cut all of it. He looked confused, I wasn't gong out in the rain to show him - but I should have. He sprayed, not really sure where. He rang my bell again said he was done, and said, "oh, I don't have any flags" so don't let people or animals on your lawn for 24 hours" What ... I'm probably your first appointment and you have no flags?? I wasn't impressed with Anthony. I also have dandelions in my yard. Which I can't stand. I hope my next appointment is better. Right now not a happy customer.

Services have really helped my yard. My specialist, Devante, is excellent as well.
Doing a good service except a different person has been here each time recently and when someone new comes they are not familiar with all areas that should not be treated. The tech that was here previous to the most recent one applied herbicide in an area containing pachysandra which are all dead now. However, I admit that I am partly at fault in not telling the tech.
My lawn has never looked better. However, the concrete patio does not need to be fertilized LOL. Please be careful to keep the fertilizer on the grass or remove it from the patio. Thank you!
