I like that I look consistently good after I get my haircut and styled. They know what I want, and they make me look the way that I like.
I can usually get in and out at a relatively quick pace if I check in in advance. If I see that there’s a long wait I just check later on during the day. It’s the only place I’ll get my hair cut.

All these other places make me pick out my own clippers. There is NOTHING more disheartening than a barber asking me, the client, what clippers they should use. How should I know? I tell the barber how I want my hair and then they are supposed to take it from there.
I got someone who didn't need to rely on their clippers and gave me a proper finger cut so that I could keep some of the length of my hair and it looks awesome!

It’s not the products and services, but rather the people who execute and perform them. Lisa in Enfield is hands down the best barber I have ever had and I am particularly picky. As a retired attorney of a Fortune 5 company, price is not a factor for me in choosing a quality barber. I’ve paid hundreds of dollars for a haircut from alleged “high-end” barbers in the city. That said, the level of cut quality and fine attention to detail that Lisa provides is exceptional for a barber at any cost, at any location. She is, extraordinary. Make sure the franchisee takes good care of her. She’s a real gem of a barber, and based on my observations, a stellar manager of the others.
